The hotel in PATTAYA was not good at all when I first entered the room due to a damp smell, probably from the air conditioning system but turned out to be amazing. The location is excellent for exploring PATTAYA, close to everything and not far from the beach, making it an ideal base for any traveler.

Staying at this hotel was a true delight! The rooms were incredibly spacious and immaculately clean with fantastic cooking possibilities, making it stand out from other hotels in Pattaya. The breakfast served was hands down the best I've ever had, and being upgraded to a penthouse suite with a full-size fridge and a well-stocked mini bar was simply luxurious. However, the dining experience was quite basic and lacked variety, which was a bit disappointing given the high price.

I was blown away by the huge and clean rooms, complete with cooking facilities that you don't normally find in hotels in Pattaya. The penthouse suite upgrade and full-size fridge with a mini bar were a real treat.

The service here was top-notch! When I had an issue with the AC in my bedroom and the lighting system, the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable by promptly fixing everything and providing a spare room for me. The building maintenance team was also fantastic and always looked after my needs.

The guest-friendly policy, along with the nice room balcony and Jacuzzi, added to the overall appeal.
